Hood does not start

Last updated 12/08/2019 07:53

If the hood does not start, the problem may be caused by the plug, the socket or the electrical circuit. If the LEDs / lights do not work, check the power supply first.

If the hood is plugged into a socket, try connecting a small appliance (e.g. a lamp or a kettle) to that socket to check whether it works.

If the appliance doesn't work:

  • There might be an electricity-related problem specific to the socket.
  • Check the circuit-breaker or fuses.

If the power supply works:

  • Reset it by disconnecting or removing the plug from the socket. Then wait 30 seconds and insert the plug back / restore the power to the hood.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact an Authorized Service Center.
